Job availability changes frequently. Once you complete our application process, you will be offered appropriate positions based on your preferences, experience, and skills.

As an applicant, you will not pay for any of the services Preference Employment Solutions provides.

You can complete our application online. You will be asked to provide complete work history information as well as asked preference of shift, type of work and preference of location.

After the application is complete, you will be invited to interview with a staffing consultant. In the interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss your skills, experience and what you are looking for in your next position. The staffing consultant will discuss not only what specific skills you have, but also find out more about your experiences in job-related settings, and learn about what you are looking for in  your next opportunity and company. This allows us to help make a well-matched connection between you and the employer.

Whether you are passively or actively searching for a new opportunity, our services are always FREE to you. Additionally, we never share your information with a company until you provide us your approval.

We realize not every job will be a good fit for you. Sometimes you will not know that until you have tried the position. If you are on an assignment and find it will not work for you, we ask that you contact us immediately.

You may be asked to stay at an assignment long enough for us to find a replacement, but we will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. As with any interaction, communication is the key. We expect open communication from our field employees, and they can expect the same from the Preference Employment Solutions office.

We ask that you keep us informed if your availability or interests change, or you gain any additional experience, certifications, or education, and we will update your profile.
